We accept a limited number of reservations up to three months in advance. We are sushi bar seating only at this time.

PLEASE READ OVER THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

Matoi’s current operating hours for indoor dining are Tuesday-Saturday, 5 pm–10 pm, with two seating times, promptly starting at 5 pm and 7:30 pm. Please be on time! If you arrive late, we can not guarantee a full course meal. At this time we are only offering seating at the sushi bar.

Our chef highly recommends that your entire party orders the same Omakase so you may all enjoy the same paced meal together. Please allow approximately 2 to 2.5 hours for your dining experience.  If you are booking a reservation for 5 pm be mindful of your strict timeframe. If you have any allergies (especially gluten-free) please give at least a 3 days notice.

Matoi is currently accepting reservations through Tock. Click on the ‘BOOK NOW’ button to the right to make your reservation. Please note we are not accepting reservations by phone at this time.

A few things to note about your dining experience with us. Matoi is a true Edome-style omakase restaurant and we serve our sushi strictly in that tradition. As such, ginger will be served when your nigiri course starts. We do not offer any kind of sauce such as ponzu or eel sauce as this would stray from the tradition of Edome style. We kindly ask that you please do not bring additional spice or sauce as it is disrespectful to the chef.

Sharing Omakase is strictly unallowed. Sushi specifically is meant to be eaten in one bite. If you’d like to try something that was not part of your coursed meal, you may order directly from the chef and he will prepare it for you at the end of the meal.

If you do not agree with these terms we kindly ask that you take a moment and rethink your reservation or refrain from making one. Matoi is a restaurant for customers who are open to participating in a specific style of Japanese dining and are looking for an authentic experience.

Please be advised of our Policy Agreement and Cancellation Policy. ALL reservations changes must be communicated telecast 24 hours in advance via a call or email. Should you need to cancel, change your reservation date, or decrease the number of guests. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a charge of 100% of the meal and tax. If you are experiencing a transportation delay, of any kind, unfortunately, we can not guarantee a full-course meal or any type of discount. If you are feeling sick or ill in any way we strongly encourage you to cancel your reservation. ALL parties must agree to our dining policy.

Please be advised that we DO NOT have any Gluten Free alternatives, or substitutions.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the best experience possible, we do not allow guests who are under the age of 18, including children, to dine at our restaurant.

For four guests or more we ask for 20% gratuity. We accept both cash and credit cards.

 

Special Events & Private Parties
